Typical clearing time

From manifest registration to gate-out:

  • LCL sea freight (Tema): 3–5 working days
  • FCL sea freight (Tema): 2–4 working days

Times depend on inspection regime and duty payment timing.

Duty estimator

Ghana applies import duty (0–20%), VAT (15%), NHIL (2.5%), GETFund (2.5%), ECOWAS levy (0.5%) and other small fees on the CIF value. Share your invoice and we'll calculate landed cost before you commit.
